Share your story

Navigating menopause can feel confusing and isolating.

Why it can help to share your story

Sharing your story could help someone you’ve never met to feel validated, and empower them to seek support so that they can navigate their menopause journey with more confidence.

Stories like yours can help people feel less alone and take action. Real life stories help change attitudes, challenge the stigma and taboo of menopause.  It also helps as many people as possible understand menopause and the support they can access at The Menopause Charity.

They can also inspire people to fundraise and volunteer for us, so that we can further our vital work.

How will your story be used?

Your story will feature on our website and social media channels.  From time to time, we may contact you to ask if you’d be happy for your story to be shared in our fundraising appeals.

If you wish, there may be opportunities to be filmed or maybe help our with a short media interview.

How much you get involved is totally up to you, and if you prefer you can keep your story anonymous.

What should you do next?

If you feel comfortable sharing your story, please reach out to our team for more information.  We’ll ask you to complete a form, if we need more details, we might get in touch for a chat. We’ll share a draft of your story before it is published.
