Our fundraisers have tackled amazing challenges to support our work from walks to long distance runs and all are fuelled by menopause; be it personal experience, or supporting their loved ones.
Do something you wouldn’t normally do and help raise vital funds so no one need suffer from the symptoms of perimenopause or menopause.
You could run, walk, cycle or swim in many of the events staged across the country or even overseas.
